Ground Beef — 3–4 servings/lb

Recipe: Grass-Fed Bolognese (Weeknight Speed Version)
Serves: 3–4

Ingredients
• 1 lb ground Provenance Farms grass-fed beef (90/10 or 85/15)
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 carrot, finely chopped (optional)
• 1 cup crushed tomatoes or marinara
• 1 splash milk or cream (optional — rounds the sauce)
• Olive oil, salt, pepper
• Pasta or zucchini noodles

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet. Sauté onion, garlic & carrot until softened.
