Conveniently located a few blocks from a plethora of mass transit options, we're easily accessible via NJ Transit, PATH Train, Light Rail, Ferry. Pick up your farm order and have a delicious cold beer! What could be better!!
At Provenance Farm
Pre-orders are at a predetermined specific pickup time.
Provenance Farm proudly offers free local delivery within a 15-mile radius of the farm. We want our nearby customers to enjoy the convenience of truly fresh, pasture-raised meats delivered right to their door.
Delivery Window
Local deliveries are made Monday–Saturday, typically between 9 AM and 6 PM.
You will receive a confirmation message the morning of your delivery with an approximate delivery window.
Delivery Requirements
If you will not be home, please leave a cooler with ice packs in a shaded area.
All orders are delivered frozen and packed to maintain temperature for several hours.
For food safety, Provenance Farm is not responsible for items left outside for extended periods without proper insulation.
Scheduling Your Delivery
After placing your order, you will receive:
- An email or text confirming your order.
- A follow-up message to coordinate your preferred delivery day.
If you need a specific date or time frame, just let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
Apartment Buildings & Secure Entrances
If you live in an apartment, gated community, or building with restricted access, please provide:
- Gate code
- Building entry instructions
- A phone number for quick contact
This helps ensure a smooth, timely delivery.
Missed Deliveries
If we arrive and cannot access the property or no cooler has been left out, your delivery may be rescheduled for the next available day. In some cases, a small re-delivery fee may apply.
Outside the 15-Mile Radius
If you are slightly outside the 15-mile zone, please reach out—we may still be able to coordinate delivery or suggest a pickup option.

We take great care in packaging your orders and aim to keep the costs affordable for our customers. Our commitment to transparent and clear communication builds trust, making us your go-to source for top-quality products.
Provenance Farm Refund & Replacement Policy
Because we ship perishable, farm-fresh products, we are unable to accept returns. Once an order leaves our farm, it cannot be restocked or resold. Our priority is always to deliver exceptional quality and a great experience, so if anything arrives below our standards, we want to know right away so we can make it right.

Before reaching out, do not discard any products or packaging materials.
We require photos to properly assess what happened and to help us improve our shipping, packing, and handling systems.
We may ask detailed questions so we fully understand the issue and can offer the most appropriate solution.
Frozen Arrival Guarantee
Every Provenance Farm shipment is packed with the appropriate amount of dry ice to stay frozen through the second full day of transit. If an item arrives damaged or spoiled due to our error or negligence, we will replace or refund the affected item(s).
Photos are required for all refunds or replacements. Without photos, we cannot determine the cause or offer compensation.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive something you did not order, please notify us right away. We may ask for pictures of the product and labels so we can identify exactly what went wrong.
Missing Items
If something is missing from your order, please email us as soon as possible.
We work closely with our processors and butchers to maintain accurate inventory of every cut we offer. Occasionally, an item may be out of stock at the time your order is packed.
- During checkout, customers can select a substitution preference:
- Smaller size of the same cut
- Larger size of the same cut
- Either/or
- No substitutions
If you selected no substitutions, or if no size is available that matches your preferences, we will refund the missing item and ship the rest of your order.
Please note:
We never substitute with a different product.
For example, a brisket will only be replaced by a brisket—just a different size, if you allow substitutions.
Price Adjustments for Substitutions
If a substituted item is a different size, we will make the appropriate price adjustment and notify you by email. We aim to complete all adjustments within 7 business days. During peak seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Passover), processing may take slightly longer.
If you have not received an expected refund within 7–10 business days after your order arrives, please contact us so we can look into it promptly.
