To bring this vision to life, we meticulously source our animals from renowned farms nestled in the verdant landscapes of Ohio and Vermont. Here, we select specific cattle, bred through generations to flourish on lush pastures. Our cattle come from closed herds, allowing us to maintain a close relationship with the source farms. Once they arrive at our farm, we provide them with a rich, nurturing environment, keeping them for a minimum of six months. This time allows us to thoughtfully manage their finishing process, ensuring they receive the highest caliber of care and the best possible quality of life. The result is not just meat; it’s a celebration of the land, the animals, and the commitment to regeneratice practices that nourish us all.
